Once you have activated the Pass, it is valid for the 2, 3, or 6 consecutive days, depending on the duration you have choose to use it. The 2 day Rome City Pass will be valid for 48 from the time of insertion of your passport, which is most in the transport or one of the attractions. You need to be careful on when you have the Pass start working. The validity of your pass is not extendable even when you get a blackout day in a museum or when the validity period is on a holiday.
If you change plans and you don’t want to use it, you can cancel the order, but it has to be done one day before the start date of the Pass. When you return the Pass, you will get a refund, however, there is a penalty of €20 imposed as service charge for every Pass. Note that this penalty is for every Pass and not every ticket. Ensure that the validity period and name haven’t been filled in, otherwise, if these details have already been filled in the Pass, you won’t get the refund since it is deemed invalid.
