1. Hotel Le Toiny

This is the first Relais & Chateaux property in St Barts and offers guests a gourmet experience, starting from the menu, to the accommodation and the service! Located on the undisturbed southeastern edge of the island, all the 22 villa suites in this hotel is located on a hillside cliff, overlooking the sea.

Every pastel-pained villa is surrounded by a picket fence and includes a private heated swimming pool, and a terrace to enjoy the scenic view of the surrounding landscape. Hotel Le Toiny also has a spa cottage, fitness center and a private entrance to the beach down below. Restaurant Le Gaïac, the in-house restaurant deserves a special mention here.

2. Le Sereno Hotel

If privacy is something that you deeply crave, much like the numerous celebrities that frequent this resort, the bungalow-style huts at the Le Sereno Hotel should be ideal for you, if you are willing to spend a fortune that is!

Designed by Christian Liaigre, the secluded, sophisticated and sexy Le Sereno Hotel is incredible romantic, and offers infinite privacy within its compound and the beach, which is perfect for snuggling by day and stargazing at night!

3. Cheval Blanc Hotel Saint-Barth Isle de France

The highlight of this resort is its European charm coupled with spa treatments that offer a truly relaxing experience. Located on Flamands Bay, Cheval Blanc Hotel Saint-Barth Isle de France is a small, privately-owned resort with a total of 61 rooms, villas and suites.

There are four treatment rooms at the Cheval Blanc spa, which exclusively use Guerlain products and treatment procedures. Outdoor enthusiasts can also choose to be treated at the spa pavilion amidst lush tropical greenery. The boutique features a collection from numerous international designers and the hotel hosts a poolside fashion show once a week!

4. Eden Rock Hotel

Located at the top of a hill overlooking the Se. Jean beach, the original Eden Rock Hotel was inaugurated back in 1953 and immediately turned into a celeb magnet, hosting some of the biggest celebrities of the time, including Howard Hughes and Greta Garbo.

Eden Rock was reinvented and expanded four decades later, bringing the total accommodation to 34 rooms and suites and three ultra-private villas. Some of the insane features at Villa Rockstar include a private recording studio, screening room, gym, and two swimming pools.

In fact, John Lennon used the recording console to record tracks for Imagine, a song which is as Utopian as the environment where it was recorded.

The latest addition to this iconic resort is chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s menus at the two restaurants on its premises. On the Rocks and Sand Bar, the menu blends French cooking with Asian influences and uses organic and seasonal produce.

5. Le Hotel Guanahani

A paradise for beach lovers, the cottages at Hotel Guanahani extends from the white sand beach to St Bart’s lagoon. The property offers one-bedroom suites with a private swimming pool, the one facility that honeymooners swoon all over!

Among the famous celebrities that have visited the property, Jon Bob Jovi was a regular here! Spread over 16 acres, Le Hotel Guanhani boasts of two beaches, tennis courts, a water sports center, and three restaurants and bars.

After spending a day in the sun, swimming or relaxing by the beach, if you feel the need to pamper yourself, head over to the Frederic Fekkai salon on the property, where the super stylist created a special hair and skin treatment procedure explicitly to combat the Caribbean tress trouble!

The hotel witnessed some major damage from Hurricane Maria and is currently closed for repair. The authorities have hinted at reopening the property sometime during late 2019.

6. Hotel Christopher

Located at the northern coast of St Barts, Hotel Christopher offers an intimate vacation to couples looking for a romantic getaway. Each of the 42 guest rooms and villas on the property feature a neutral décor with sudden hints of bright orange lifting up the mood.
